摘要
目的 初步探讨介入性热凝固的方法及可行性。方法 健康幼猪 3 6头 ,分为球囊阻断法 60℃组、导管嵌顿法 60℃组及 63℃组 ,灌注热生理盐水进行介入性热凝固治疗。结果 球囊阻断组灌注区动脉闭塞 8例 ,导管嵌顿 60℃组及导管嵌顿 63℃组各为 7头。非灌注区均未见明显改变。球囊阻断组、导管嵌顿 60℃组、导管嵌顿 63℃组共出现坏死分别为 7头、6头、7头 ,无明显变化者分别为 2头、3头、2头。结论 介入性热凝固法方法可行。可使用普通导管嵌顿法替代球囊导管 。
Objective To explore the feasibility of interventional thermocoagulation therapy. Methods Thirty-six healthy young swines were randomly divided into A, B, C groups (12 heads per group). After blocking hepatic segment blood stream through balloon catheter or catheter setting, interventional thermocoagulation therapy were performed through filling heated saline. Results Respiration and cardiac rhythm increased during heating perfusion period, while the swines' temperature were invariant, but all returned to normal 30 minutes after the end of therapy. Three swines died of misfiling. After thermal filling, artery emphraxis in filling area was observed in 8 cases of bloon blocking group, 7 cases of Group B and 7 cases of Group C (P>0.05). Necrosis was also found in 7 cases in Group A, 6 cases in Group B and 7 cases in Group C. Conclusion Interventional thermocoagulation therapy is of high feasibility in swine. Common catheter can be used to block blood stream instead of balloon catheter, resulting more economic, convenient and equal effective interventional thermocoagulation therapy.
