碘佛醇在兔VX2微小肝癌超声成像及血流动力学中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察碘造影剂 (碘佛醇 )在微小肝癌超声成像及血流动力学中的作用。方法 将VX2瘤株小块接种于12只新西兰大白兔肝脏内。肿瘤直径≤ 10mm时 ,经兔耳缘静脉注入碘佛醇 1ml/kg ,超声监测肿块血流动力学变化 ,图像输入工作站 ,依靠视觉评分确定增强效果。结果  12例微小肝癌的血流信号都有不同程度的增强。肿块中心血管分级比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,中心部位血管分级比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 碘佛醇对于肿瘤血管的彩色多普勒成像有较显著的增强作用。 Objective To study the vascular enhancement of VX2 micro hepatic carcinoma by using Optiray. Methods Total 12 New Zealand white rabbits were inoculated with small pieces of VX2 tumor in the liver. When the tumors grew up but less than 10 mm in diameter, the tumor bearing animals were observed by US dynamic scannings after injection of Optiray (1 ml/kg) through the ear marginal veins. All images were stored in the workstation and evaluated on vascular enhancement by subjective scores. Results The hemodynamics of 12 VX2 micro-tumors were enhanced in different degrees. Significant enhancement was not found at the centre of tumors (P>0.05), but was found at the non-centre parts of tumors (P<0.05). Conclusion Iodic contrast agent (Optiray) significantly improves the color Doppler flow imaging of the tumor vascularity.
