影响踝关节骨折预后的因素及其多元相关分析

A Study of Correlation between Functional Outcome of Operative Treatment of Ankle Fractures and its Contributing Factors

目的探讨评估踝关节骨折预后的方法。方法对101例踝关节骨折手术治疗病例进行随访,得到可能影响预后的因素及术后踝关节功能评分,根据量化数据建立最优多元线性回归方程,分析各影响因素与功能评分之间的关系。结果根据所建方程,可对踝关节骨折预后进行估计,并发现影响预后的主要因素依次为:骨折类型、全身情况、手术延期情况、局部情况、年龄等。结论本研究建立的最优化方程可作为相对可靠的评估踝关节骨折预后的方法。

Objective To study the correlation between the functional outcome of ankle fractures and its contributing factors. Methods 101 patients of surgically treated ankle fractures were followed-up retrospectively and the functional ankle scores (dependent variable) were evaluated. Results After the institution of a quantitative model of factors (independent variables) that affected the ankle scores, the correlation between dependent and independent variables were assessed via multi-factorial lineal regression analysis. Conclusion It shows that the influence proportion of the included factors, from the first rate to the last, is: types of fracture, general health condition, the days delayed for operation, cuticle condition, and the patient's age.
