摘要 目的介绍应用Biofix自身增强可吸收钉(棒)治疗踝关节骨折的方法。方法自2000年9月-2003年8月采用Biofix自身增强可吸收钉(棒)治疗踝关节骨折54例。结果54例患者随访最短3个月,最长3年,平均1年零5个月。其中51例治疗结果优良,优良率94.63%。结论Biofix自身增强可吸收内固定物系现代生物医学的产物,具有良好的机械强度和生物相容性,在体内可以缓慢降解吸收;能对部分踝关节骨折起到良好的内固定作用,其应用避免了再次取出内固定材料的弊端,避免了患者再次手术的痛苦,减轻了患者的经济负担,可以作为一种治疗踝关节骨折的手术方法。 Objective To introduce the treatment of ankle fractures with absorbable self-reinforced polyactide(SR-PLLA) screws and rods. Methods Fifty-four patients with ankle fractures had been treated by using.absorbable self-rein forced polyactide(SR-PLLA) screws and rods from Sep 2000 to Aug 2003. Results The follow-up time lasted 3-36 months (17 months on the average).Good clinical results were obtained in 51 patients (Good rate is 94.63%). Conclusion Absorbable self-reinforced polyactide(SR-PLLA) osteosynthesis devices, productions of biomedical engineering, are biodegradable and biocompatible materials. The materials don't need a second-stage operation for removal of implants and have specific advantages to fix ankle fractures.
