撬拨复位加钢板内固定术治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折

Reduction and Reconstruction plate Treated with Calcaneum fracture

目的介绍一种治疗跟骨严重粉碎性骨折的方法。方法用撬拨复位加重建钢板治疗,按Grosby分型Ⅲ型8例。结果8例足术后平均随访18个月,按跟骨关节内骨折评分标准术后功能,8例中,优6例,良1例,可1例,优良率达87.5％。结论用撬拨复位加重建钢板对严重跟骨粉碎性骨折治疗效果良好。

Objective Introduced a method treated calcaneum comminuted fracture. Methods Treated calcaneum fracture with reduction and reconstruction plates, total 8 patients. Results All of patients had been followed up (average, 18 months). According to fracture score, excellent 6 patients, good 1 patient, fair 1 patient. Good rate were 87.5%. Conclusion Reduction and reconstruction plate has provided satisfied results in calcaneum fracture.
