青少年创伤性腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗疗效观察

Clinical efficiency of non-operation in the treatment of adolescent injured lumber disc herniation

目的通过保守治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症,观察其治疗效果并进行分析,以提高治愈率。方法对15例通过影像学确诊的青少年腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用腰椎牵引、按摩、椎管内封闭、药物治疗等方法进行治疗。结果经综合保守治疗,8例优,4例好转,3例保守治疗无效,本组病例保守治疗优良率80％。结论青少年创伤性腰椎间盘突出症经综合保守治疗,可获良好疗效。

Objective To observe the results of non-operation in the treatment of adolescent injured Lumber disc herniation in order to improve the efficiency.Methods Fifteen adolescent cases of injured Lumber disc herniation were treated by lumber traction, pressing, and canal injection. Results Eight cases were excellent, Four cases were good and three cases were inefficient. All cases had been treated for eight weeks and the excellent and good results were been seen in 80%. Conclusion The most of cases lumber disk herniation can gain good results by non-operation treatment.
