摘要
研究结果表明:竹材SCMP浆中的细小组份虽然有较高的发色基团浓度,但由于其光散射能力大,细小组份纸浆的亮度比相应的纤维组份亮度高,即说明竹材SCMP浆中保留细小组份对纸页光学性能有利,对H2O2漂白动力学研究发现:竹材SCMP浆的纤维组份和细小组份在H2O2漂白时表现出相似的反应规律。
The behaviour and kinetics of fibers and fines from bamboo SCMP in hydrogen peroxide bleaching were investigated and discussed. It was found that the fines had a higher chromophore concentration ,and the removal rate of chromophore of the fines was faster than that of the fiber fraction. Fines of bamboo SCMP showed a higher brightness due to its large light scattering power which emphasizes the importance of fines retention to the sheet optical properties. Kinetics analysis indicated that the chromophore removal of fibers and fines was initially very rapid and then decreased monotonously. The similar reaction behaviour of fibers and fines in bleaching indicated the homogeneity of the chromophore structures in those fractions.
