摘要
试验的技术路线是蔗渣用湿法堆存和湿法除髓,采用碱性亚钠-蒽醌和甲醛组合助剂法并运用慢速升温可获得满意的结果。其工艺参数及浆张物理性能为:总用碱量12.5%(Na2O计),亚硫酸化度73%,液比1:6,升温180min,保温90min,蒽醌0.05%,甲醛2.5%;白度63.9%ISO,硬度6.3K(锰值),浆张裂断长5637m,不透明度90%,撕裂指数8mN·m2/g,耐折度>800次。
Bagasse alkaline sulfite pulping with using AQ and formaldehyde as additives was studied, particularly the mechanism of the pulping and the factors affecting the brightness, yield and strength of the pulp were investigated. The experimental results showed that the pulp with a yield of about 65 %, permanganate number of 5-6, brigtness higher than 60% could be produced under the cooking conditions as the following: NaOH charge (as Na2O) 3. 37% ,-Na2SO3 charge (as Na2O) 9. 13%, HCHO charge 2. 5%; maximum temperature 160℃, time to the maximum temperature 180 min, time at the maximum temperature 90 min, and the liquor ratio 1: 6. The breaking length of the pulp with the beating degree of 31°SR and 35°SR were 5600m and 6400m respectively.
