Application of PLC to Deinking──a full automatic Pulping System

使用可编程序控制器组成的全自动碎浆系统，可自动按照不同条件，自动计算各种物料的加入量。在程序中使用了“步”的联锁设计，充分利用了可编程序控制器的可靠性，基本杜绝了人为误操作机会，提高了工作效率，确保碎浆质量。

The pulping plays an important part in deinking process.It consists of many stepes which are repeated and monotonous such as loading paper,adding chemicals and discharging pulp,etc.The automatization of pulping process has been realized by using PLC. Amount of various materials adding into the system can be calculatde automatically according to preset,thus it makes pulping process stable. Especially,'step'interlock is used in the program,bringing the reliability of PLC into full play.Operating mistakes reduce and working efficient increase significantly, the quality of pulping becomes more stable.
