厌氧消化污泥活性的“S-SMA”测定技术与指标意义 被引量:1

摘要 在ZeeuwdeW等人建立的污泥活性Vmax分析技术的基础上,本研究以密封血清瓶培养与GC分析相配合,完成了“S-SMA”分析条件的研究,包括供试污泥的浓度范围,试验的底物浓度,培养基组成,气体检测及数据处理,确定了分析流程,肯定了测定效果。本研究还提出了以“S-SMA”测定进行污泥质量评价的量化标准,并探讨了该指标在厌氧消化负荷设计上的应用前景。 Based on Zeeuw de w established activity analysis of activated slfJdge expressed in terms of Vmax,working conditions for″S-SMA″method, includiag the range of sludge concentration,substrate concentration, media composition, gas determination, and data treat- ment were investigated by anaerobic culturing in serum bottle combined witb G.C analysis.As the result of this study, analytical procedures have been defined and reliability ensured. Quantitative analysis of sludge were also tested with″S-SMA″method and proposed a criterion for sludge quantification,and Its application in design of anaerobic ioading rate were also investigated.
