摘要
采用L9(34)正交试验法,对影响奶牛粪沼气发酵的基质浓度、pH值、接种量和添加人粪尿等诸因素间的相互关系进行了初步研究。结果表明,在自然温度条件下,解决好奶牛粪沼气发酵问题的关键在于控制好基质浓度和pH值。从中优化出最佳的奶牛粪沼气发酵的适宜条件:基质浓度10%左右,接种量以15%~20%为佳,pH值应严格控制在中性偏微碱性范围(7.0~7.4),人粪尿添加量宜小于15%,原料配比以C:N为20~25:1为宜。
The initial study was conducted on the mutual relationship of the factors as substrate concentra-tion, pH value,seeding material amount and the addition of human excreta etc. by menas of the L9(34)orthorhombic experi-mental method. It is shown from the study result that under the condition of ambient temperature, arell-control Of the sub-strate concentration and pH value are the key to solve the problem of anaerobic fernientation of cow manure. The proper con-ditions for anaerobic fermentation of cow manure have hen optimized: with about 10%of substrate concenttation, 10%-20%of the seeding matetial amount, pH value strictly controlled at the range of partlally deviatetl alkali (pH value at 7.0-7.4), the addition of human excreta amount of less than 15%,and the C :N ratio of fermenting material at 20-25:1as well.
