摘要
目的:在创面愈合过程中,内皮细胞通过成血管作用、分泌多种细胞因子、参与细胞外基质的调控来直接或间接地促进了瘢痕的形成。通过探讨内皮细胞在瘢痕增生中的作用来寻找瘢痕增生防治的新途径。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1995-01/2004-09的瘢痕增生的相关文章,检索词为“hypertrophicscar,endothelialcell,VEGF,TGF,ma-trixmetalloproteinase”,并限定文章语言种类为English。同时计算机检索中国期刊网专题全文数据库1994-01/2004-12的瘢痕增生的相关文章并限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词为“瘢痕增生、内皮细胞、内皮细胞生长因子、血管生成、缺氧”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取与内皮细胞在瘢痕增生中作用相关的文章。资料提炼:共收集到17篇文章,其中9篇关于瘢痕增生机制研究,5篇关于内皮细胞成血管作用,2篇关于缺氧与血管生成,1篇关于无瘢痕愈合。资料综合:综合上述文献,从成血管作用、细胞生长因子分泌以及细胞外基质调控3方面阐述内皮细胞对瘢痕增生的作用。结论:瘢痕增生是烧、创伤后创面异常愈合反应的结果,以过量的组织纤维化和胶原蛋白沉积为特征,是现代医学上仍未解决的难题。抑制血管内皮细胞的增殖,改善瘢痕血管的病理状态,可望成为防治瘢痕增生的新途径之一。
OBJECTIVE:During wound healing,the endothelial cells(ECs) accelerate scar hyp ertrophy directly or indirectly by participating in angiogenesis,expression of c ytokines and regulation of extracellular matrix(ECM).In this paper we aims to in vestigate the role of ECs in the scar hypertrophy,so as to find a new way to pre vent and treat hypertrophic scar . DATA SOURCES:The English- published articles concerning hypertrophic scar be tween January 1995 and September 2004 were searched for in Medline using the key words “ hypertrophic scar,endothelial cell,VEGF,TGF,matrix metalloproteinase'. Meanwhile,the Chinese- published such articles between January 1994 and Decembe r 2004 were searched for in China Journal Full- text Database(CJFD) with the ke y words of hypertrophic scar,endothelial cell,vascular endothelial grow factor,a ngiogenesis,hypoxia'. STUDY SELECTION:The articles relevant to the role of ECs in scar hypertrophy were employed after the first trial to the data. DATA EXTRACTION:Seventeen articles were collected altogether including 9 conc erning mechanism of scar hypertrophy,5 describing angiogenesis of ECs,2 in the r elationship between hypoxia and angiogenesis,and 1 about scarless healing. DATA SYNTHESIS:The selected articles were concluded and the effects of ECs on hypertrophic scar by participating in angiogenesis,expression of cytokines and regulation of ECM were reviewed. CONCLUSION:Scar hypertrophy resulting from abnormal wound healing and charact erized by excess fibrosis and accumulation of excessive collagen is the unsolved problems in modern medical sciences.To inhibit the proliferation of ECs and to improve the pathological situation of the hypertrophic scar are expected to be n ew ways to prevent and manage hypertrophic scar.
