不稳定型转子周围骨折的临床治疗分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的比较不稳定型转子周围骨折采用亚太型Gamma钉(Gamma-AP钉)和动力髋螺钉(DHS)固定的手术疗效。方法68例不稳定型骨折患者中,31例使用Gamma-AP钉固定,37例使用DHS固定,并对手术资料、术后并发症及髋关节功能进行临床随访分析。结果Gamma钉手术切口长度、术中出血量较DHS手术小,而且患者可早期下床负重而不增加术后并发症发生率。结论Gamma钉手术创伤小,适用性强,是治疗不稳定型转子周围骨折的理想方法之一。 Objective To compare Gamma-AP nail with DHS in t he treatment of unstable peritrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods 68patients with peritrochanteric f racture were included.31cases were operated with Gamma-AP nail while 37cases with DHS .Clinical assessments included operation details,complications and f unc-tional recovery of hip joint in the tw o groups at follow-ups.Results Gamma nail was implanted with a signi ficantly smaller incision and less intra-operative bleeding.The Gamma nail grou p had an earlier full weight-bearing without a higher rate of complication.Conclusion Gamma nail is one of the ideal choices for the treatment of unstable peritrochanteric fractures.[
