颈动脉体瘤的临床研究(附3例报告)

Clinical study of carotid body tumor :a report of 3 cases

目的:探讨颈动脉体瘤的术前诊断及手术治疗方案,以提高对颈动脉体瘤的诊治水平。方法:回顾我院2 0 0 2～2 0 0 3年收治的3例颈动脉体瘤病例,全部病例术前行颈动脉压迫试验、多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSC TA)、经颅多普勒检查(TCD)和数字减影血管造影(DSA)等检查,均在全麻下行外膜下剥离术。结果:3例术前经MSCTA检查均能明确诊断,术后无并发症,随诊8个月～2年未见复发。结论:术前明确诊断、术中精细操作是治疗颈动脉体瘤的关键。

Objective:To investigate the preoperative diagnosis and surgical treatment of carotid body tumor.Method: Three patients with carotid body tumor admitted to our department from 2002-2003 were restrospected.All patients underwent MSCTA,TCD and DSA besides carotid compression test with a adjustable carotid compressor before Subadventitial tumor excision .Result: 3 cases were diagnosed correctly before operation through MSCTA alone as well as no complication after surgery. In addition, after a follow-up period of 8 months-2 years , no recurrence was observed. Conclusion: Preoperative diagnosis correctly, complete preparation and meticulous dissection during operation is the key to treat carotid body tumor.
