显微镜是一种重要的医学仪器,它极大的促进了医学的发展。显微图像广泛用于诊断,但传统的分析方法有许多的不足。随着计算机和图像处理技术的发展,计算机开始被用于显微图像的分析。这种方法极大地提高了检测者的效率减轻了工作中的压力。本文对显微图像的分析及处理技术做了一些介绍,主要包括图像采集,图像分割,特征提取等。

The microscope is an important medical device,which greatly improve the development of the medicine. The microscopic images are widely used in diagnosing, but the traditional analysis method has many deficiencies. With the development of computer technology and image processing technology, the microscopic images begin to be analyzed by the computer. The method will heighten the checkers’efficiency and lighten the pressure at work. In this paper, we will give some introduction about the analysis and processing technology of microscopic image, it mainly includes image collection, image segmentation, feature extraction and so on.
