摘要
依据创造性思维形成过程的有关理论 ,明晰医学生创造性思维培养的四个阶段 ,提出针对创造性思维的妨碍因素 ,注意营造和建立一个宽松的学习环境 ,优化教学过程 ,完善教育评价机制 ,形成科学的整体教育评价观 ,有利于培养医学人才的创造性思维。
According to the theory of creative thinking ,the course of forming creative thinking is divided into four periods . It is held that the cultivation of such talents should be realized by taking into consideration the obstructive factors of forming creative thinking, constructing the relaxed studying circumstances, applying some better teaching methods, finding out more perfect systems to evaluate the effect of teaching and learning.
