浅谈高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设

Discussion on Double-Qualification Teachers

在高职院建设一支“双师型”教师队伍是适应科学技术迅猛发展的需要 ,是完成高职培养目标的前提条件 ,是实施全民创新教育的内在要求。建设“双师型”师资队伍的主要途径 ,即提高教师的学历层次、科研能力和动手能力 ,优化教师结构。同时要采取积极的激励措施 ,促进“双师型”教师队伍建设。

This paper duplicates that constructing double-qu alification teachers in higher polytechnical institute is the need of rapidly developing science and technology, is the premise condition of accomplishing cultivation aims, and is the inherent request of actualizing innovation education. Then it puts forward the main ways to construct double-qualification teachers such as improving educational levels, scientific research ability and practical ability, optimizing the makeup of teachers. At the same time, we should take active measures in order to prompt double-qualification teachers construction.
