曲池穴埋线用于重睑术后消肿的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Catgut-Suture-Em bedding at Quchi(LⅡ11) for Relieving Eyelid Edema caused by Cosmesis

重睑（切开缝合）术后１７３例，分为埋线组（９１例）和自然恢复组（８２例），对照观察两组睑部肿胀和睑缘微循环的变化情况。结果，曲池穴羊肠线埋藏能够迅速地消除因重睑术所致的肿胀及疼痛等不适感，提高美容效果，并发现，这种作用与对睑缘微循环的改善作用密切相关。

cases of eyelid edema due to cosmesis were at random divided into two groups, 91 in the group of embedding therapy with catgut suture embedded at Quchi(KI 11) and 82 in the group of natural recovery. The change of eyelids' microcirculation was observeed. The results showed that the embedding could quickly relieve the eyelid edema and pain due to cosmesis and greatly raise the cosmetic effect, because this therapy improved the eyelid microcirculation.
