奥平、诺氟沙星配合微波治疗宫颈糜烂临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Treating Cervical Erosion Using Resombinant Human Interseron @-Za in Suppository orm, Norfloxaction and Microwave

目的观察奥平、诺氟沙星胶囊配合微波治疗重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法 针对临床重度宫颈糜烂进行微波一次性治疗 :单纯微波 (输出功率 45W )烧灼糜烂面治疗60例 ,微波治疗前加用奥平栓 ,阴道用药 ,隔日一粒 ,1 5次为一疗程治疗及微波术中诺氟沙星胶囊 ( 4 - 6片 )填塞宫颈 ,治疗 64例 ,两组分别于治疗后观察疗效 :单纯微波组治愈率达 1 0 % ,而奥平、诺氟沙星配合微波治疗组治愈率达 67.1 8% ,且后者阴道流血排液量及时间显著改善。结论 奥平、诺氟沙星胶囊配合微波治疗重度宫颈糜烂疗效显著。

objective observing the clinical effects of treatingthe cervical erosion using the resombinant human interseron @-Za in suppository form , norfloxaction and microwave. Methods in one group(60cases ) , First using resombinant human interseron @-Za in suppository form in vagina ,one capsule every other day ,15 capsules is the period of treatment .Then only using microwave(45W). In other group (64 cases) , treating the patients using microwave with norfloxaction (4-6pills in the vagina). Finally, observe the effects of the two groups . Conclusion :The cure rate of the first group is 10%. The other group is 67.18% .And the latter, bleeding amount in vagina and the bleeding time are better . Result It is remarkable for patients to use resombinant human interseron @-Za in suppository form , norfloxaction and microwave.
