电针内关、公孙穴对冠心病Ⅱ导联心电图S－T段的影响

Influence of Electro-stimulation at Neiguan(PC 6) and Gongsun(SP 4) on S-T segment in ECG with Lead Ⅱ of Coronary Heart Disease

本文对５０例冠心病Ⅱ导联心电图Ｓ－Ｔ段下移的患者进行了针刺即刻作用的比较观察。结果表明，电针后，内关、公孙穴组，内关组，公孙组，Ⅱ导联心电图Ｓ－Ｔ段均较针前有明显即刻趋正常提高作用（均Ｐ＜０．０１），而电针非穴位组及静卧组则没有此作用（均Ｐ＞０．０５）；电针内关、公孙穴组疗效最佳。

In this article the instant effect of electro stimulation on 50 cases of coronary heart disease with a descended S-T segment in their ECG with lead Ⅱ was investigated. The result showed that after electro-stimulation the S-T segment in the group of Neiguan(PC 6) and Gongsun(SP 4), the group of Neiguan(PC 6), and in the group of Gongsun(SP 4) was tending towards normal(P< 0. 01). But there was no such effect in the groups of electro-stimulation of non-point and in the con trol without any treatment (P>0. 05). The treapeutic effect in the group of Neiguan(PC 6) and Gongsun(SP 4) was the best.
