电热针治疗女阴白色病变的临床疗效及机理研究

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Warm Electrical Needling on Leukoplakia Vulvae Pathalogic Change and Its Mechanisms

采用局部取穴加曲骨、会阴及循经穴的电热针综合针刺方法，共治疗患者４４４例，有效率达１００．０％临床治愈率８７．３％。其热效应直接作用于病变部位，并能提高机体免疫功能状态和血清铜的含量。

In this study local points plus Qugu(CV2),Huiyin(CV1) and certain points selected along channels were used for warm electrical needling.The heat could directly affect the areas with pathalogic changes to improve immunologic functions and elevate the copper content in serum.A total of 444 cases were treated with the effective rate of 100% and the cure rate of 87.3%.
