针刺治疗放射性直肠炎及放射性膀胱炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Radioproctitis and Radiocystitis Treated by Acupuncture

针刺组放射性直肠炎的近期治愈率高于药物对照组的近期治愈率，且疗程较对照组为短，均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５和０．０１）；对放射性膀胱炎的治愈率两组比较无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），针刺组疗程则显著短于对照组疗程（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明，针刺是治疗放射性直肠炎和放射性膀胱炎的有效方法。

The short-term curative rate if radioproctitis was higher and the course of treatment was shorter in the acupunctureg roup than those in the medicine control group.The difference was significant(p<0.05and 0.01 respectively).There was no significant difference in the curative rate of radiocystitis betwees the two groups,but the course of treatment in the acupuncture group was remarkably shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).The result indicates that acupuncture is effective for radioproctitis and radiocystitis.
