产业集群是一种世界各国普遍存在的经济现象,它是市场经济发展到一定阶段的产物,集群由于持续的创新而显现竞争优势,成为区域发展甚至国家发展的动力源泉。本文在对产业集群理论作简要回顾的基础上,从劳动分工细化和专业化程度的提高、自然资源优势和低运输成本、规模经济与外部效应、相关产业和集群外资金支持、企业家精神和制度文化基础等方面详细论述产业集群形成与发展的动力机制。基于动力机制分析,提出促进产业集群形成与发展的建议。

Industrial clusters are a kind of economic phenomenon in the most country over the world. It is a fruit of the market economy in certain phase and becomes the drive for the area development, even for the country development because of its sustaining competition advantages. Based on the review of the theories of the industrial clusters, the author analyses the dynamical mechanism of the industrial clusters formation and development from seven aspects, which are the fineness of the labour division and the enhancement of the specialization; the advantages of natural resources and the low costs of transportation; the economy of scale and eternality effects; the fund support of the correlation industry and clusters; the spirit of entrepreneur and the base of institution and culture.
