知识经济的本质在于创新,教育创新体系下高校图书馆亟需创新。领域及制度方面包括战略创新;服务方式创新;管理机制创新;技术创新等。建设性提出共建协作创新,重组后融资方略创新尝试。论证了知识经济时代应处理把握好创新人才的培养和造就、学科建设和图书馆地位等三者间的关系。

The essence of the knowledge-based economy lies in innovation. Under the system of the educational innovation, the library of university needs the innovation dramatically. There are the strategic innovation, service fashion innovation, management mechanism innovation, technological innovation in the aspects of the field and the system. This paper constructively puts forward the co-constructive cooperation innovation, financing plan and strategy innovation after recombination, and demonstrates that the innovation and the development of the university's library with the systems shall deal with and master three aspects of relations between the training and development of talents, discipline construction and the status of the library during the era of the knowledge-based economy.
