浅论聋人高等教育的专业建设

On the Speciality Construction of the Deaf's Higher Education

盲人 ,不仅是社会中最困难的群体 ,也是残疾人中的困难群体。多少年来 ,他们的生活水平一直处在社会的下层。近年来 ,随着特殊教育的发展 ,特别是特殊中、高等教育的发展 ,给盲人的命运带来了极大的转机。但同样接受过高等教育的聋人 ,他们目前的出路就远比不上同学历的盲人。由此 ,我们应该以思考聋人高等教育的专业建设问题来解决聋人的出路问题。

The blind are the most difficult group not only in the society but also in the disable peoples. Their living standards have been kept in the lower levels for many years. But with the development of the special education,especially the middle and higher education's developing,the blind's predestination have a favorable turn recently. Equally,the deaf's outlet who have also accepted the higher education are not better than the blind's who have the same educational background. So we should think about the problem of the specialty construction of the deaf's higher education to solve the questions of the deaf's outlet.
