赤芍、栀子对实验性肝纤维化的防治作用 被引量:3

The Preventive and Therapeutic Effects of Radix Paesnial Ruba or Fructuc Cardenia on Experimental Hepatic Fibrosis

摘要 本研究采用SD大鼠CCl4中毒肝纤维化模型,研究了中药赤芍、栀子对实验性肝纤维化的防治作用,通过观察反映胶原增生的形态学以及HA和HYP含量变化,初步探讨了赤芍、栀子抗肝纤维化的可能机理、本实验结果显示赤芍对CCl4中毒性肝纤维化时HYP和HA增高均有显著抑制作用,提示其除能抑制胶原增生外,同时还有抑制基质增生的作用。而栀子主要表现为抑制HYP增高,说明其作用环节可能主要在于抑制胶原增生。 The study investigated the effects of traditional chinese herbs, radix paesnial ruba or fructuc cardenia on the rats of hepatic fibrosis induced with CCl4. The results showed that administration of the two herbs during CCl4 toxication could remarkedly decrease the hyperplastic degree of fibroblast, collagen fibers and riticular fibers. The contents of hepatic hyaluronic acid (HA ) anti hydroxyproline (HYP), which may indicate the degree of hepatic injure and collagen proliferation, decreased in administrated groups. The two herbs showed the different effect on HA and HYP. IlA, a large molecular glyeosaminoglycan, is a hepatic stroma component. HYP is a specific amino acid in collagen and is seldom in other proteins. Radix paesnial ruba could significantly inhibite the araise of hepatic HA and HYP; This suggests it not only reacted with collagen but also with stroma. Different from radix paesnial ruba,the main target of fructue cardenia is collagen, because it is only effective on inhibition of HYP. Those results showed that the two herbs have significant effects on antifibrosis of liver with different mechanisms.
