In this paper, we discuss the affine equipollence problem of hexagon inscribedand circumscribedin an ellipse. The necessary and sufficientconditions are given for affine equipollence of hexagon inscribedand circumscribedin an ellipse with regular hexagon inscribedand circumscribedin a circle.
