本文介绍了著名老中医李幼安教授脾胃病证治经验。从辨证求因，审察病机入手，强调了以脾胃升降为关键，以通顺调和为要诀。临证多顺其所喜，恢复升降之能。临床常以自拟舒胃汤、乌七散等为基础，加减变化，疗效甚佳。
The basic theory of Li Youan's experience about the gastrospleen disease trentments is searching the pathogen with the exact differentiation, analysing the pathogenesis with the detail observation, emphysing the ascending and descending of the gastrospleen Qi, and focussing un regulating functions and removing obstructions. The clinic practice of his experience about the treatment has gotten satisfactory effectiveness based on the shuweitang of the wuqisan prescripted by himself.
