摘要 时代的发展和素质教育的全面推进,要求教师必须成为研究者。教师教育教学研究能力的培养和提高,不仅要求要有科学研究的意识、知难而进的精神和解决问题的勇气,而且要求教师要认真学习科学研究的理论和方法,要在教学实践中开展结合自己工作的研究。要主动与同事和学生交流,要经常进行教育教学的批判性反思。 Development of times and overall advancement of quality education require that a teacher must be a researcher. The building-up and raising of the ability of his research on the teaching not only requires his awareness of scientific research, a spirit of advancement facing to the difficulties and a courage of settling problems, but also demands his learning carefully the theories and approaches of scientific research, his carrying on the research work based on his own teaching practice. He is also expected to exchange ideas with introspection into his teaching as well.
