在德育过程中,学生是内因,是主体,学校教育是外因,起着主导作用。外因只有通过内因才能起作用,各种德育措施和方法,必须经过学生的主体接纳才能产生实效。我们应从学生思想道德现状入手,以正确认识学生的特点为前提,把注重培养与发展学生的主体性作为现代学校德育的生长点,提高德育的针对性和实效性。

In the course of the moral education, students are the inner factor and main body, while the school education is just an outer factor, which plays the leading role. we all know that the outer factor can抰 work without the inner factor, and different kinds of measures, methods of moral education can take effect only through the acceptting of the students. Here we抎 begin with the moral state of each student, stress that moral education should first of all be based on the characters of the students, attach great importance in training and developing the students?characters of the principle part and regard it as the key point of the modern school moral education so that we can improve the pertinence and real effect of the moral education.
