摘要
批评语言学认为语言不像人们曾以为的那样是透明的,语言不仅反映社会现实而且参与建构社会现实。我们运用批评语言学的理论工具分析了两篇英语新闻,认为他们表面不偏不倚,但实际上暗含了对女性的偏见。
Critical linguistics argues that language is not transparent, but reflects and even constructs social reality. We have analyzed two news reports from the critical discourse analysis perspective and finds that sexual discrimination does exist in the language structure.
