摘要
目的探讨第三代维甲酸类药阿维A与传统药物甲氨喋呤对银屑病疗效的影响。方法患者分别给予阿维A和甲氨喋呤治疗。用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测银屑病患者外周血中IFNγ;用PASI评价患者病情严重程度;用生活质量测评表评价患者对药物的反应。结果①阿维A组患者外周血IFNγ水平下降大于甲氨喋呤组,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05);IFNγ含量与PASI的下降成正相关。②阿维A组副作用明显大于甲氨喋呤组。结论阿维A起效快,但皮肤干燥、瘙痒等副作用大;甲氨喋呤起效慢,但副作用小,患者容易接受。总体有效率阿维A组优于甲氨喋呤组,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。
Objective To discuss the effect of Acitretin and MTX on psoriasis treatment.Methods Using ELISA to detect the levels of IFN-γin culture supernatant fluids of psoriatic patients.Using PASI to assess the severity degree of patient's condition;Using quality of life list to evaluate the patient's response to drug.Results ①IFN-γlevels in psoriatic patients in Acitretin group decreased faster than in MTX group,and there was statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05);Meanwhile IFN-γ levels had a positive correlation to psoriatic patients’ PASI. ②Acitretin group had more side effects than MTX.Conclusion Compared with MTX,effect of the Acitretin was faster than MTX,but had more side effects than that of MTX;To total efficiency,Acitretin group was superior to MTX group,there was statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).
