NB-UVB配合中药汽疗内服治疗寻常性银屑病疗效观察被引量：7

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicial Herbs and NB-UVB Combined on Psoriasis Vulgaris Patients

摘要目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NBUVB)照射配合中药汽疗、内服治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效。方法将寻常性银屑病患者随机分成三组,治疗组先做中药汽疗,再做NBUVB照射,同时按辨证论治(分血热型和血毒型)给予中药内服;对照1组仅用NBUVB照射治疗;对照2组予中药汽疗+中药内服(处方同治疗组)。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照1组和对照2组,χ2值分别为5.507和4.955,P均<0.05;对照1组和对照2组疗效无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论NBUVB照射配合中药汽疗、内服治疗寻常性银屑病疗效好。
