摘要
利用化学分析、力学性能测定及金相检验等手段,对服役6个月即发生断裂的初轧机接轴半联轴节失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,由于联轴节硅含量太低、力学性能不足,加之机加工不当,导致联轴节早期疲劳断裂。
The inactivation of the spindle half-coupling on the bloomer has been analysed by many facilities, such as the chemical composition analysis, the mechanical property testing, the metallographic examination. The results indicate, that the fatigue fracture in early stage on the coupler was caused by the lower content of silicon, the shortage about mechanical property, and the improper on mechanical processing.
