内镜下钬激光治疗消化道各种隆起型病变85例

Holmium Laser under Endoscopy Treating Eighty-five Patients with Eminent Lesion of Digestive Tract

目的总结内镜下钬激光治疗85例消化道各类隆起性病变的效果.方法胃镜、肠镜下钬激光治疗各类息肉、肿瘤、吻合口狭窄共计85例,112次.结果8例癌肿姑息平均治疗2.25次(1～6次),有效8例.术后瘢痕狭窄6例平均治疗2.5次(1～4次),有效5例,1例无效.各类息肉56例平均治疗1.15次(1～6次),有效56例.胃黏膜异位4例,胃黏膜脱垂及胃黄斑8例,胃脂肪瘤2例,食管蹼1例均1次治愈.总有效率98.8%.出现并发症2例,1例肠穿孔,1例腹痛、低热,发生率2.4%.结论内镜下钬激光治疗消化道各种隆起型病变安全有效.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of holmium laser under endoscopy in treating eminent lesion of alimentary tract.Methods Eighty-five patients(one hundred and twelve times-cases) with gastric or colonic polyps,tumor,or stricture of scar were treated by using holmium laser endoscopy.Results The conservative therapy was effective in eight cases with neoplasm,undergoing 2.25-times treatment on an average (1-6 times ).There was a good response in five of six cases postoperative stricture, undergoing 2.5-times treatment on an average (1-4 times). Fifty-six cases with several kinds of polyps undergoing 1.5-times treatment on an average (1-6 times),four cases with ectopic gastric mucosa in esophagus, eight cases with gastric mucosa prolapse, two cases with gastric lipoma and one case with esophageal web were cured in once treatment only. Conclusions These preliminary results showed that holmium laser under endoscopy is a only safe but also effective method in treating eminent lesion of alimentary tract.
