噻吗洛尔眼用凝胶液临床应用观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价0.5%噻吗洛尔(Timolol)凝胶液降眼压的临床疗效及不良反应,并与0.5%噻吗洛尔滴眼液进行对照。方法:46例86只眼采用交叉自身前后对照方法进行临床验证。凝胶液组用0.5%噻吗洛尔眼用凝胶液点眼,1次/d,1滴/次;滴眼液组用0.5%噻吗洛尔滴眼液滴眼,2次/d,1滴/次,疗程均为1周,前后对照间隔3天。结果:①凝胶液组的眼压平均下降率为(27.05±14.27)%,滴眼液组为(23.44±12.54)%,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);②凝胶液组与滴眼液组的显效率分别为69.8%、58.1%;有效率分别为87.2%、86.0%,两组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05);③凝胶液组与滴眼液组的不良反应均为一过性局部不适,发生率分别为8.7%、2.2%,两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);④凝胶液组与滴眼液组用药后第7天的心率分别为(75.11±8.91)次/min和(73.41±8.95)次/min,两者差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:0.5%噻吗洛尔凝胶液降眼压疗效肯定,使用方便,且减慢心率的不良反应较轻。 Objective:To evaluate the intraocular pressure-lowering efficacy and adverse reaction of 0.5% timolol ophthalmic gel, and the influence to the heart rate was compared with 0.5% timolol eye drops.Method:Cross auto-controlled study was performed in 46 cases(86 eyes).In treatment group, 0.5% timolol ophthalmic gel was instilled into the eye once daily, one drop every time. In controll group, 0.5% timolol eye drop was instilled into the eye twice daily, one drop every time. The treatment course was 1 week.Result:①In trestment group, the mean reduction rate of intraocularpressure was (27.05±14.27)%.In control group,the mean reduction rate of intraocular pressure was (23.44±12.54)%,the difference between the two groups is significant(P<0.05).②The apparent efficacy rates of treatment group and controll group were 69.8% and 58.1% respectively. The effective rate of treatment group and controll group were 87.2% and 86.0% respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups.(P>0.05). ③The adverse reaction of the two groups was eye discomfort for short time. The incidence rates of adverse reaction in treatment group and controll group were 8.7% and 2.2%. There was no significant difference between the two groups.(P>0.05).④7 Days after the administration, the pulse rates of the treatment group and controll group were 75.11±(8.91) and 73.41±8.95 respectively. The difference was significant. (P<(0.05).) Conclusion:(0.5%) timolol ophthalmic gel is an effective ocular hypotensive and more convenient agent. The influence to the heart rate reduction was minimal.
