摘要 肺炎衣原体(Cpn)是一种常见的人类呼吸道致病菌,常引起急性呼吸道感染及动脉硬化、心肌梗死等多种相关性疾病。感染Cpn后多呈慢性经过,可诱发以Th1型细胞免疫反应为主的特异性免疫。同时,体液免疫及有Toll样受体参与的非特异性免疫也在病原菌的清除中起辅助作用。作者就机体感染Cpn后免疫反应的进展作一综述。 Chlamydia pneumoniae(Cpn) is one of the most common pathogens causing human respiratory tract infection.They cause acute respiratory tract infection,atherosclerosis and many other diseases. Cpn infection often recur or remain persistent,which may induce Th1-type response.At the same time,antibody-mediated immune and Toll like receptor play an auxiliary role.In this review,the author summarized advances in the immune response to Chlamydia pneumoniae infection.
