摘要 目的:研究肌上皮细胞标记物———肌动蛋白(MA)和神经膜细胞标志物———神经细丝酸性蛋白(GFAP)在腺样囊性癌中的表达,探讨腺样囊性癌中神经膜细胞分化与肌上皮细胞的关系。方法:利用免疫电镜技术从超微结构水平研究MA和GFAP在腺样囊性癌中的表达。结果:MA主要表达于腺样囊性癌的细胞质中,GFAP表达于腺样囊性癌的细胞质和细胞核上。MA阳性细胞与GFAP阳性细胞具有相似的超微结构。GFAP阳性细胞的超微结构符合肌上皮细胞的超微结构特点。结论:发生神经膜细胞分化的腺样囊性癌细胞是其中的肌上皮成分。 Objective: To explore the relationship between Schwann’s cell differentiation and myoepithelial cells in adenoid cystic carcinoma through investigating the expression of myoepithelial cell marker-muscle actin (MA) and schwann’s cell marker-glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP). Methods: Ultrastructural localization of MA and GFAP expression was examined by immunoelectron microscopy. Results: MA was expressed in cytoplasms and GFAP was expressed both in cytoplasms and nuclei. The ultrastructures of GFAP postitive cells were similar with those of MA positive cells. The ultrastructures of GFAP postitive cells accorded with the characteristics of myoepithelial cells. Conclusion: Schwann’s cell differentiation occurs in myoepithelial cells of adenoid cystic carcinomas.
