摘要 介绍了一种利用高温导热油来控制镁合金压铸模温度的设备。根据压铸模温度控制的要求,介绍了该设备对压铸模具进行温度控制的原理,对设备关键部件的设计进行了讨论,并对控制系统的结构进行了介绍。针对生产中压铸模具经常更换的特点,温控算法采用了模糊控制的方法,控制加热和冷却的通断时间比,从而达到最佳的控温效果。采用该设备可以提高镁合金压铸件质量。 A die temperature controller which uses heating medium oil with high temperature to control the die temperature of magnesium was introduced.Aimed at the requirements of the die temperature control,the principle of the die temperature controller was introduced,and the design of key parts of the controller as well as the structure of the control system was described.The fuzzy control algorithm was employed to control on-off time ratio for heating and cooling to realize an optimized effect on the basis of the features of often replacement.The quality of magnesium alloy can be obviously improved by the equipment.
