氧化铁粉对MgO-Al_2O_3质浇注料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以电熔镁砂、二氧化硅微粉、MA尖晶石粉、αAl2O3微粉、氧化铁粉为原料制备MgO-Al2O3质浇注料,研究氧化铁粉加入量(0、2%、4%、6%)对MgO-Al2O3质浇注料常温物理性能、抗热震性和抗渣性的影响。按照国家相关标准进行各项物理性能检测,并用X射线衍射仪对1550℃3h烧后试样进行物相分析,采用风冷法进行抗热震性试验,静态坩埚法进行抗渣试验。结果表明:加入氧化铁粉对MgO-Al2O3质浇注料的抗渣渗透性能和常温力学性能有利。随着基质中氧化铁粉加入量的增加,试样抗渣侵蚀能力有所减弱,抗渣渗透能力明显增强,试样经1100℃3h和1550℃3h热处理后的常温力学性能得以提高,但抗热震性降低。氧化铁粉加入量≤2%时,试样的抗热震性较好。 The MgO-Al2O3 based castables were prepared with fused magnesite, microsilica, MA spinel powder and α-Al2O3 micropowder as main starting materials. The effect of ferric oxide powder with the additions of 0, 2%, 4%, and 6% respectively on cold physical properties, thermal shock resistance and slag resistance of the MgO-Al2O3 based castables was studied. The physical properties were determined according to the related national standards, the phase compositions of the specimens after firing at 1550°C for 3 h were studied by XRD. The thermal shock resistance was determined with the wind cooling method and the slag resistance was determined with the static crucible method. The experimental results indicated that ferric oxide powder was beneficial to the slag penetration resistance and the cold mechanical properties of MgO-2O3 based castables. With the increase of ferric oxide powder additions, the cold mechanical properties of the MgO-Al2O3 based castables after treated at 1100°C for 3 h and 1550°C for 3 h respectively improved, slag corrosion resistance had a little decrease and slag penetration resistance improved apparently, however, the thermal shock resistance became poor. The thermal shock resistance of the castables was high when the additions of ferric oxide powder were [less-than or equal to] 2%.
