摘要
目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)免疫功能异常与CD43分子基因的关系。方法采用反向聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术,对SLE患者外周血单一核细胞(PBMC)CD43基因的表达进行检测。结果SLE患者与正常人PBMC均检测到CD43基因的表达,且前者的表达水平为0.8662±0.3992,高于后者的0.3451±0.3310,有非常显著性差异(t=7.109,P<0.01)。结论活动期SLE患者PBMC的CD43基因表达水平显著升高,导致淋巴细胞免疫功能异常。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between immunological dysfunction and CD43 gene in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: Expression of CD43 gene on PBMC was detected with RT-PCR. Results: There was an expression of CD43 gene on PBMC in patients with SLE and in normal individuals. The value of expression of CD43 gene on PBMC was 0.8662±0.3992, which was significantly higher than that in the normal controls (0.3451 ±0.3310, t=7.109, P<0.01). ~Conclusion : The increased expression of CD43 gene on PBMC in SLE patients results in immunological dysfunction of lymphocytes.
