扁平苔藓的治疗进展 被引量：3

摘要 扁平苔藓的病因不明,治疗较难。长期以来已经形成和发展了多种治疗方法,除了传统的糖皮质激素、维A酸类、免疫抑制剂、PUVA等,近年使用新的方法如抗微生物剂、维生素D3类、新型免疫抑制剂、抗凝剂、窄谱中波紫外线、准分子激光、UVA1和光动力疗法等。本文将它们的作用机制、适应症、应用方法、疗效和副作用作一综述。
