摘要 RNA干扰(RNAinterference,RNAi)是指双链RNA诱导同源mRNA降解从而导致基因表达抑制的现象,其效应分子是一种短片段双链RNA分子,被称为小分子干扰RNA。RNAi技术作为新兴的基因表达抑制方法,在功能基因组学、基因表达调控、基因治疗等领域得到了广泛应用,并将极大促进当前生物科学研究的发展。
