丹参酚性酸B对大鼠肝粘附性细胞环加氧酶活性及其产物的影响

Effects of Magnesium Lithospcramatc B on Cyclooxygenase Activity in Rat Liver,Adherent Cells and Enzyme’s Product

实验结果表明，丹参酚性酸Ｂ具有促进其ＰＧＩ＿２的生成，而对于肝粘附性细胞匀浆液中的环加氧酶活性，则具有抑制作用。提示丹参酚性酸Ｂ此种作用可能与丹参水溶性成分的抗肝损伤效果有关。
