摘要
[目的]观察内镜鼻胆管引流(ENBD)联合中药治疗急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎(AOSC)的临床疗效。[方法]对51例AOSC患者行胰胆管造影(ERCP)明确梗阻部位后,行ENBD留置鼻胆管至梗阻部位上方,术后给予中药治疗。[结果]51例ENBD成功率100%,治疗后黄疸及发热、腹痛等临床症状、体征均迅速减轻或消失。[结论]内镜ENBD合并清热解毒、利胆中药治疗AOSC安全、有效、可靠。
Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage (ENBD) combined with Chinese herbs in the treatment of 51 patients suffered from acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis (AOSC). [Methods] Obstructive positions of 51 AOSC patients were defined after ERCP, then the ENBD was placed to the distance of obstruction. After the operation, Chinese herbs decoction was given to the patients.[Results] The success rate of ENBD was 100% and the jaundice and other symptoms were resolved or reduced in all patients. [Conclusion] ENBD combined with Chinese herbs decoction is a safe, effective and credible therapeutic option for AOSC.
