摘要 目的检测雷达站官兵血清生化指标,探讨微波对人体血液生化指标的影响。方法用全自动生化仪检测425例微波工作人员和对照组132例的血清ALT、AST、ALP、GLU和BUN浓度。结果ALT、GLU实验组与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05), AST、ALP、BUN实验组高于对照组,有明显差异(P<0.05),且随辐射强度增加而升高(P<0.05)。结论:微波辐射对人体有一定伤害,并且随微波辐射强度增强而伤害加深。 Objective To investigate the effect of microwave radiation on blood biochemical indexes. Method The serum leves of ALT, AST, ALP, GLU and BUN were determined in 425 workers in the radar station and 132 serving as control. Results The serum levels of ALT, GLU in the workers in the radar stations were insignificantly different from that in the control group ( P > 0.05).The serum levels of AST, ALP, BUN in the experimental group were significantly different from that in the control group ( P < 0.05) ,and these differences increased with the radiation intensity ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Microwave radiation is harmful to human health.The more intense microwave radiation is the more harmful to health it is.
