Comrade Jiang Zemin bases on being contemporary,insists all the time that the basic thought of the scientific and technological view of Marxism is in leading reform and opening-up and great practice of socialist modernization drive of our country,have explained his view of development in science and technology deeply.Such main thought views as the view of strategy of revitalizing the nation through science and education,scientific and technical structural reform view and scientific technological innovation view,etc.,thus formed the ideological system of the tight scientific conceptions of technology of historical materialism,the favorable one has promoted the development of economic society.
