培养具有独立人格和创造性的人才已是国家、社会、时代发展的必然和迫切需要,也是化学学科进行素质教育的归宿,当今教育要求教师培养创新人才为己任,教师应更新教育理念,发挥学生的主体作用,课堂、实验、计算教学中培养学生的创新思维、创新能力。

Present education requires a teacher to train innovative talents for his own duty. The teacher should upgrade educational idea and give to play the role of students subject, classroom, experiment, calculation teaching to train innovative thinking and innovative ability.
