摘要
研究了填料及其增容剂对高硬度加氢苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯(SEBS)共混物性能的影响。结果表明填料种类和用量对共混物拉伸永久变形的影响程度高于对其它力学性能的影响程度;三元共聚物增容剂能有效地改善填料与SEBS之间的浸润,克服填料对共混物永久变形的影响。
The influence of filler and compatibilizer on the mechanical properties and structure of high hardness SEBS compound was studied.The results showed that to the high hardness SEBS compound,the influence of the variety and quantity of the filler on the tension set was more distinct than that on other properties.Tri-block copolymerized compatibilizer could improve the adhesion between filler and polymer,decrease the tension set value caused by the filler.
