摘要 以凝胶醌氢醌电极为内参比电极,外涂含盐酸特拉唑嗪-四苯硼钠离子缔合物的PVC膜,制备了特拉唑嗪PVC涂膜电极测定盐酸特拉唑嗪片剂的含量。该电极的Nernst响应范围为1.0×10-4~1.0×10-2mol/L,测定结果与紫外分光光度法相符。 A novel terazosin ion-selective electrode used for potentiometric determination of terazosin hydrochlo- ride tablets was prepared. It was fabricated with PVC membrance containing terazosin tetraphenylboron sodium ion-pair complex as sensitive element, based on a gel quinhydrone as internal reference electrode. The linear response range of the electrode was 1.0×10-4 - 1.0×10-2 mol/L, and the results were comparable with those of UV spectrophotometry.
